Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 341, 323, 427, 354 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Despite valid service of the notice O.P. No.2 has failed to appear before this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. It is also submitted that there is counter blast of Maslia P.S. Case No. 73 of 2015.

Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail.

In the fact and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of their arrest or surrender the Court below shall enlarge them on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Dumka in connection with P.C.R. No. 285 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C, subject to the further condition that on the date of surrender petitioners shall deposit Rs. 5,000/- each (total Rs. 15,000/-) before the court below. Thereafter, the trial Court will issue notice to the O.P. No.2 and after appearance, the trial Court shall release the aforesaid amount in her favour after proper verification.
