Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 353, 341, 323, 224, 332, 337, 338, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that all sections are bailable in nature except Section 353 of the I.P.C which is not made out against this petitioner.
Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
In the fact and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of his arrest or surrender the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Hazaribag in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 1213 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. No. 4898 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
