It appears that under order dated 03.04.2017, the trial court was directed to issue notice to informant – Vibhishan Kumar Yadav and the legal guardians of Pooja Kumari, D/o Arjun Yadav and Anju Kumari for framing rehabilitation scheme.
Perused the report dated 29.06.2017 submitted by Uma Shanker Prasad Singh, Principal District & Sessions Judge, Godda, which reveals that Rs. 50,000/- each have been awarded to the victims – Bibhishan Kumar Yadav, Arjun Yadav and Pradeep Sah under Jharkhand Victim Compensation Scheme.
