Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner has been made an accused for the offence registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2015 and charges has already been framed on 11.05.2016.
Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Dist. & Additional Sessions Judge-III, Dumka in connection with Gopikandar P.S. Case No. 28 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 971 of 2015 (S.T. No. 208 of 2015), subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
