Both the anticipatory bail applications arose from the same F.I.R. thus are being heard together.

It is alleged that on 08.10. 2015 at about 4.06 P.M. Asst. Marketing Manager of U.T.I. Ranchi was conducting a meeting in the office of the S.D.O. Dhanbad and during the course of meeting, these petitioners came there and caused disruption in government work. It is further alleged that petitioners also assaulted and attempted to press the neck of the informant and also threw his mobile. Informant's chain was also lost there.

It is submitted by the learned A.P.P. that at paragraph No. 6 of the case diary, witnesses examined during the course of investigation has supported the case of prosecution. Learned A.P.P. has also submitted that the case diary which he had is written up to 28.02. 2016.

Learned A.P.P. is directed to obtain the up to date case diary.

Put up this case on 23.06. 2016.

Till then, no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioners in both the cases in connection with Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 991/15 (G.R. No. 5221/15) pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad.
