Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned A.P.P produced case diary and submitted that on 09.05.2016 after completion of investigation police has submitted final form showing lack of evidence against this petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as the police has submitted final form showi ng lack of evidence against the petitioner, the petitioner has no apprehension of arrest.
In view of above submissions, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as not pressed. However, petitioner is at liberty to file fresh anticipatory bail application if the learned trial court takes cognizance being dissatisfied with the findings of the Investigating Officer.
