Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has been made an accused for the offence registered under Section 307, 326 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code later on Section 302 of the I.P.C was added and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and name of the petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, Ravi Singh Sardar @ Ravi Sardar @ Ravindra Singh, has been granted bail in B.A. No. 223 of 2015 vide order dated 27.02.2015 by this Court. That the petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2015.

Learned A.P.P has not controverted the submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 225 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 2737 of 2013, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
