Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner has been made an accused for the offence registered under Sections 385/387 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and no cogent material and evidence to connect this petitioner in the offence. It is also submitted that charges has already been framed on 26.05.2016.
Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar in connection with Latehar P.S. Case No. 26 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. No. 108 of 2016, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner and petitioner shall co-operate with the trial and till conclusion of the trial petitioner shall be physically present before the court below on each and every date fixed by the court below, failing which the trial court is at liberty to cancel the bail of the petitioner.
