3/15.03.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 304-B / 34 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with S.T. No.65 of 2015, arising out of Dhanwar P.S. Case No.245 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No.3226 of 2014.
Petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is allegation against the petitioner to have subjected deceased to cruelty and torture for demand of dowry and to have committed her dowry death and also to have cremated the dead body.
Earlier the bail application of this petitioner was rejected on merits by order dated 23.11.2015 in B.A. No.7176 of 2015.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail stands rejected.
