Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 304-B / 34 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Rehla P.S. Case No.51 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No.1344 of 2014.
Petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is allegation against him and the other co-accused to have subjected deceased to cruelty and torture for demand of dowry and to have committed her dowry death.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail stands rejected.
