03/ 14.03.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioners have been made accused for the offence under Sections 447, 341, 342, 323, 324, 385, 386, 307, 427 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with S.T. No. 143 of 2015, arising out of Seraikella P.S. Case No. 98 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 741 of 2015.
There is allegation against the petitioners to have assaulted and injured the informant and demanded Rs. 2,000/- from him.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and the injuries upon the injured were found to be only simple in nature. It is also submitted that the petitioners are in custody since the month of July, 2015 itself.
In the facts of this case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners, Sujit Raut and Deepak Raut, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Seraikella, in connection with S.T. No. 143 of 2015, arising out of Seraikella P.S. Case No. 98 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 741 of 2015.
