Pursuant to the order dated 17.06.2016 provisional bail granted to the petitioner till 24.10.2016 and both the parties i.e. petitioner and prosecutrix were directed to physically present before this Court.
Today both the parties are present, so possibility of rehabilitation of the prosecutrix by way of ad interim compensation in terms of Section 357(A) Cr.P.C was explored in presence of the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is labour and he is not in a position to pay ad interim compensation of Rs. 25,000/- but he is ready to pay 20,000/-
