03/19.01.2015 Seeking a direction upon the respondents for publication of his result of Teachers Eligibility Test-2012 (TET-2012) for class 1 to 5, the petitioner has approached this Court. It is stated that the petitioner appeared in TET-2012 examination held on 26.04.2013 however, his result was not declared for a technical reason that he had failed to correctly darken the OMR sheet. Though, the petitioner submitted his representation on 03.06.2013, the result of the petitioner has not been published by the Jharkhand Academic Council and therefore, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
