07/19.01.2015 The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner refers to notice dated 28.09.2012 and submits that in the Land Transfer Case No. 12 of 2011-12, the said notice was issued to the petitioner, pursuant to which the petitioner filed his objection dated 09.10.2012 however, the said objection has not been finally decided by the Circle Officer, Sadar Medininagar.
Mr. Manoj Kumar, the learned S.C. (Mines) appearing for the respondent-State of Jharkhand refers to proceeding dated 04.12.2012 in L.A. Case No. 3 of 2011-2012 and submits that the land allegedly claimed by the petitioner is raiyati land and the same has been recorded in the revenue records as Gair Mazarua land.
From the aforesaid, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, the Circle Officer, Sadar Medininagar is directed to dispose of the objection dated 09.10.2012, if already not disposed, within a period of three months and the decision be communicated to the petitioner.
