Heard learned counsel for the parties.
It reveals from the F.I.R. that the accused persons have been demanding levy from the contractors. When they were not obliged, they set poklan machine belonging to Dilip Kumar Singh and Anwar on fire. During investigation it was detected that the members of PLFI, an extremists organisation, under the leadership of Vikram @ Badalji have committed the offence.
It is submitted that petitioner does not have alias name Vikram @ Badalji. He was not put on T.I. Parade. He has been implicated in this case with the alias name Vikram @ Badalji.
Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
Since the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and he has already remained in custody for about six months, he is hereby directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Chatra in connection with Hunterganj P.S. Case No.75 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. Case No.475 of 2014.
It is made clear that the name given by the petitioner in the bail application shall not be corrected in future.
