07/ 03.03.2015 The petitioner is an accused in a case registered under Sections 419/420/406/467/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It reveals from the F.I.R. that on being induced by petitioner the complainant invested Rs.29,67,000/- with accused no.1-Saanchi Infrastructure India Ltd. The informant was assured that he would get 15% interest from the amount deposited but he did not receive a single penny and the amount deposited by him have also been misappropriated by the accused persons.

It is submitted that the petitioner happens to be the employee of 'TATA MOTORS'. Under the scheme the informant has deposited money and that too with the accused no.1. The petitioner is also a victim. He had also deposited money with the said company. It is the accused no.1-Saanchi Infrastructure India Ltd. who has misappropriated the amount deposited by the informant and other aggrieved.

Counsel for the State has opposed the prayer.

Admittedly, amount was deposited with accused no.1 and the petitioner does not happen to be Director/Proprietor or partner of said company rather he is an employee of 'TATA MOTORS'.

In the circumstances stated above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/( Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Telco P.S. Case No. 214/2014, corresponding to G.R.No. 1827/2014.
