the State.

The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Balumath P.S case No. 35 of 2010 corresponding to N.D.P.S No.17 of 2010, for the offence under Sections 17, 18, 21, 27 of the N.D.P.S Act.

In the F.I.R., it is alleged that the petitioners were involved in posta plantation. The F.I.R also shows that the petitioners were not apprehended at the spot.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners, Raghu Nath Yadav, Kesho Oraon @ Kasho Oraon, Bisheshwar Yadav and Balram Yadav, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Latehar, in connection with Balumath P.S case No. 35 of 2010 corresponding to N.D.P.S No.17 of 2010.
