2/08.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for
the State.
The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Gola P.S case No. 24 of 2015 corresponding to G.R No.985 of 2015, for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
The case relates to dacoity and the case was instituted against
unknown.
From the F.I.R., it appears that the copper wires of the transformer were looted away by the culprits.
The impugned order shows that there is recovery of copper wires from the house of the petitioners.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners, Miraj Ansari and Shahamat Ansari @ Tinku @ Shahamat Ali, on bail. Accordingly, their prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
