The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kenduadih P.S case No. 10 of 2015 corresponding to G.R No.334 of 2015, S.T No.185 of 2015, for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
There is allegation against the petitioner to have fired pistol, by which, one unknown person was injured.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and has accordingly, prayed for bail.
Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail, but upon going through the case diary, it is admitted that the injury on the injured was found to be simple in nature.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Niraj Verma, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Dhanbad, in connection with Kenduadih P.S case No. 10 of 2015 corresponding to G.R No.334 of 2015, S.T No.185 of 2015.
