The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No. 132 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No. 788 of 2014, for the offence under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
From the F.I.R. it is apparent that the case relates to recovery of stolen motorcycle from the co-accused, who has named the petitioner stating that the motorcycle was purchased from the petitioner.
In the facts of this case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, Surendera Sao @ Chhotu, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Latehar, in connection with, Balumath P.S. Case No. 132 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No. 788 of 2014.
