5/ 03.07.2015. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No.470 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No. 4500 of 2014, S.T. No. 15 of 2015, for the offence under Sections 304-B / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and there is allegation against her also to have subjected the deceased to cruelty and torture for demand of dowry and to have committed her dowry death.
In the facts of this case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner Khudeja Khatoon, is hereby rejected.
