The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Meharma (Thakurgangti) P.S. Case No.226 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No. 1600 of 2014, for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is direct allegation against the petitioner to have assaulted the son of the informant on his head by spade, causing grievous injuries on his head.
In the facts of this case, taking into consideration the injury upon the informant as detailed in the impugned order, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner Md. Ajmal, is hereby rejected.
