The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Itkhori P.S. Case No.52 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No. 1024 of 2014, S.T. No. 03 of 2015, for the offence under Sections 304-B, 306 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is allegation against the petitioner to have subjected the deceased to cruelty and torture for demand of dowry and to have committed her dowry death. The dead body of the deceased was found at the bank of the river.
In the facts of this case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner Suresh Yadav, is hereby rejected.
