04/01.07.2014 Though notice was issued and from the service report it appears that it has been validly served upon opposite party no. 2, she has chosen not to appear before this Court.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents on record.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that, the applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Tisri P.S. Case No. 48 of 2013 corresponding to G. R. No. 2605 of 2013 registered under Sections 323, 324, 341, 498 (A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties and infact the opposite party no. 2 has already got married with some one. Referring to Annexure-2 filed along with supplementary affidavit dated 18.06.2014 and the affidavit of the opposite party no. 2 dated 25.03.2014, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the opposite party no. 2 has stated on oath that she does not want to contest the case.

The learned A.P. P. opposes the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest of the applicant or if the applicant surrenders before the trial court within four weeks from today the applicant namely, Gujru Yadav would be

released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri K. Singh J.M., Giridih or his successor in connection with Tisri P.S. Case No. 48 of 2013 corresponding to G. R. No. 2605 of 2013.
