State.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No.172 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No.1101 of 2014, for the alleged offences under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 54 of the Jharkhand Minor Mineral Concession Rules.
The case relates to illegal mining of sand and one tractor and JCB machine used in the illegal mining were apprehended and seized. The son of the petitioner was also apprehended at the spot. Petitioner has been made accused in this case being the owner of the JCB machine.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
