2/03.12.2014 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had filed Cr.M.P. No.1396 of 2014, arising out of the same case, in which interim protection has been granted to the petitioner.
In that view of the matter, at present there is no apprehension of arrest to the petitioner and accordingly, this application is dismissed as infructuous, with the liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer if so required, after disposal of the said Cr.M.P. No.1396 of 2014.
