02/04.04. 2013. Anticipatory bail petition filed by Md. Ather and Kaushar Ansari in connection with Doranda(A) P.S.case no.340/2012 pending in the court of S.D.J.M. Ranchi, is moved by Sri Chandrajit Muhkerjee , learned counsel for the petitioners and opposed by Sri T.N.Verma, A.P.P. for the State.
It is alleged that petitioners alongwith one Madhukar Singh cheated the company and took Rs. 18 lakhs and odd by executing forge sale deed.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances ,I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
