At this stage, petitioner prays for alternative relief No. 1, which is reproduced as under:
“ That the respondents may be directed to consider the request of appointment of conciliator in the present case as was requested by letter dated 20.4.2012, Annexure P-3 and to take a decision on the same by passing a speaking order”

being adjudicated by the arbitrator. As such, in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, we direct the respondents to refer the issues/grievances, so agitated in terms of communication dated 4.4.2012 to the Conciliator, within a period of two weeks from today. Learned counsel for the parties undertake to appear before the Conciliator on 1.6.2017.
