“ That the contents of this para are admitted being a matter of record. It is however submitted that the Scheduled Caste certificate which was issued in favour of respondent No.2 Sh. Karam Chand by the then Tehsildar Amb has now been cancelled by the Tehsildar Ghanari since the respondent No.2 is resident of village Upper Bhanjal which now falls under the jurisdiction of Tehsildar Ghanari. It is further submitted that as per report received from the Tehsildar Ghanari received through the Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Amb vide letter No.84/ Reader-SDM dated 28.3.2017(copy annexed as Annexure R 3-1) an enquiry was conducted by him and found that the said Scheduled Caste certificate was not issued as per law by then Tehsildar Amb to the respondent No.2. Therefore, the same has been cancelled after giving equal opportunities to the both parties.”
