It is one of those unfortunate cases where perhaps for reason beyond his control, the petitioner was not in a position to complete the attendance in Personal Contact Programme (PCP). The shortfall is only of five days. It is not in dispute that the petitioner otherwise had been regularly pursuing his M.Ed. course and had also appeared in the written examination.

(a) Petitioner’s result, which is kept in a sealed cover, be opened and declared. (b) The Vice Chancellor/appropriate Authority shall consider relaxing the condition of shortfall in attending the PCP classes by five days. (c) We are hopeful that the said Authorities shall take sympathetic view while considering the petitioner’s case.

of accordingly.
