Kindly refer to your office letter No. CWP No. 283/2017-3076 dated 18.02.2017, on the subject cited above.
In this regard, it is submitted that in compliance to the directions of the Hon’ble Court dated 14.2.2017 the replying respondent immediately directed the SDPO Rohru and SHO P.S. Jubbal to deploy adequate security personnel at the site of work i.e. Sawra Kuddu Hydro Project and also directed that striking workers shall be kept 200 meters away from the Project Site. There is a regular Police patrolling at Project Site. Moreover, as per information furnished by SHO P.S. Jubbal, there is no report of agitation at Project Site till date. Further submitted that a permanent Police Guard consisting ASI=1, HC=1 and Constables=5 has already been deployed at Project Site for the smooth functioning of work. The Superintendent of Police, Shimla have complied direction of the Hon’ble Court dated 14.2.2017 in letter & spirit. You are humbly requested to seek one week time to file the reply to the CWP from the Hon’ble Court.
