With the consent of parties, appellate order 26th August, 2008 is set aside. Appellate authority is directed to re-hear the appeal and complete the proceedings within a period of four months from today. It is made clear that the appellate authority shall appraise the entire ocular and documentary evidence produced by the parties. In order to avoid delay, the parties are directed to make themselves available before the appellate authority on 31st December, 2010. Records are ordered to be re-transmitted to the first appellate authority within one week. The revision petition stands disposed of accordingly.
