Heard Shri S.I. Akand, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Shri R. Bhattacharyya, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1.
Shri Akand, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, the order dated 01.04.2022 passed in WP(C)/591/2021 have been complied with.
In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is of the opinion that this proceeding is not required to be continued any further.
Accordingly, the petition stands closed.
