Mr. S. M. T. Chistie, learned standing counsel, Elementary Education Department has produced a communication dated 12.05.2024, wherein, it is stated that the petitioner was accommodated as Tutor under Dhemaji district and the petitioner had joined her duties as Tutor on 01.02.2021 and her monthly wages have already been released.
Considering the communication dated 12.05.2024, this Court is of the considered opinion that substantial compliance has been done by the respondents and accordingly this contempt petition is closed.
The communication dated 12.05.2024 is placed on record.
