To counter his submission, the learned counsel has produced a copy of the order dated 26.04.2024 passed by the Assistant Director, FPD & CA, Biswanath.
Ms. B. Choudhury, learned counsel appears for the respondent no.1. She submits that the respondent no.1 was the earlier incumbent holding the post of Assistant Director, FPD & CA, Biswanath and during his tenure he had partially complied with the Court’s direction.
Mr. S. Bora, learned counsel appears for the petitioner subsequently and submits that the direction of this Court has been complied with.
In view of above, the contempt petition stands closed.
The copy of the order dated 26.04.2024 produced by Mr. P. Bordoloi is placed on record and marked as Annexure-X.
