Heard Shri T. Dada, learned counsel for the petitioner who by means of this application has prayed for initiating contempt proceeding for alleged violation of an order, dated 17.08.2021.

which was the subject matter of the connected writ petition being WP(C)253(AP)/2021. The learned counsel has draws attention of this Court to the order dated 17.08.2021, whereby this Court had issued notice and also passed an interim order staying the impugned order dated 23.06.2021 and the said interim order has been extended thereafter.
He accordingly, submits that the present is a fit case for initiation of contempt proceedings.
