Heard Shri D. Panging, learned counsel for the petitioners who have filed this application for contempt in respect of an order dated 07.01.2020, passed by this Court in WP(C)537(AP)/2016.
However, Shri M. Pertin, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. T. Y. Bhutia, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 has submitted that the order in question has been complied with and in this regard an order has been passed on 15.03.2022. A copy of the same is also handed over to Shri D. Panging, learned counsel for the petitioners.
In view of the aforesaid, there is no reason to keep this contempt petition pending and the same is closed.
