Heard Ms. N. Danggen, learned counsel for the applicant who has field this application praying for amendment of the writ petition by including certain pleadings, prayer and additional documents. It is submitted that though the principal document was annexed with the writ petition, the corresponding prayer was inadvertently left out. The learned counsel submits that in the interest of justice, the amendment be allowed.
Ms. P. Pangu, learned State Counsel and Sri N. Ratan, learned CGC submit that affidavits-in-opposition have already been filed and at this stage, amendment may not be allowed.
After considering the respective submissions, this Court is of the view that interest of justice would be served if the present Interlocutory Application is

allowed.
Accordingly, while allowing the Interlocutory Application, the petitioner is directed to file a consolidated writ petition incorporating the portions which have been allowed in the Interlocutory Application. It is further made clear that since counter affidavits were already filed in the writ petition, both the Central Government as well as the State Government would be at liberty to file additional pleadings to the meet new pleadings which have been allowed to be incorporated.
The consolidated writ petition may be filed with a period of 2 (two) weeks from today.
