Though no one is present for the petitioner.
It has been submitted by Mr. R. K. Talukdar, learned counsel for the respondent that the order alleged to be violated i.e. order dated 06.05.2019 passed in WP (C) 2187/2019 has been set aside by the Division Bench of this Court today in W.A. No. 142/2019 and W. A. No. 144/2019.
In view of the above, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further consideration in the contempt petition.
Accordingly, the same is closed.
