Mr. Baruah submits that order of the writ Court dated 18.12.2018 passed in WP(C) No.1183/2018 has been complied with by disbursing the compensation amount to the petitioner. Delay in releasing the compensation was on account of seizure made by CID. After obtaining necessary clarification from CID, compensation has been released.
In that view of the matter, this contempt proceeding stands closed.
