The direction of this Court to the SLC to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment under the die in harness scheme has been complied with by the SLC by recommending the petitioner for appointment to the Grade-IV post in the Office of the

Superintendent of Police, Barpeta against existing vacancy as conveyed mentioned in the minutes of the SLC in their meeting held on 28.06.2018. A copy of the said minutes has been placed on record by the learned counsel for the respondent.
In view of the above, this contempt petition stands closed as the order of this Court has been complied.
