Heard Mr. A Sharif, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Mr. A Sharif, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the order of the Court dated 19.04.2010 passed in WP(C) No. 2353/2010, the petitioner has already been appointed as a Grade-IV employee in Baralimari M.E. Madrassa under DEEO, Morigaon on compassionate ground under the die-in-harness scheme of the State.
As the respondents have already complied with the order dated 19.04.2010 passed in WP(C) No. 2353/2010, nothing survives in this contempt petition to be adjudicated by the Court and accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed.
Notice of contempt issued earlier to the respondents/contemnors is hereby recalled.
