respondent cannot be permitted to challenge the order dated 9th August 2003 after a period of two decades. The Hon’ble Supreme Court clarified that if the respondent has any grievance with the Recovery Certificate, he shall approach before the Recovery Officer. The Hon’ble Supreme Court clarified that the respondent will not try to challenge the impugned order dated 9th August 2002. The applicant’s counsel submits that to the best of his knowledge, the respondent did not apply to the Recovery Officer or made any grievance as regards the Recovery Certificate. In view of the above, Miscellaneous Application No.18 of 2024 is allowed with no order as to costs.
