Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the Tribunal below vide order impugned has directed the then Circle SASTRA head and authorized officer to appear in person on the date fixed and clarify the reason of auction sale, it is therefore prayed that their personal appearance may be exempted.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the personal appearance of both the officers as named above is exempted and the order impugned is modified accordingly.
In view of the aforesaid, the appeal stands disposed off.
