Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the application for release of amount.
Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant had deposited Rs. 80.00 lacs towards pre-deposit for maintaining the appeal. It is further contended that the appeal has already been decided, therefore, it is prayed that the amount deposited by the applicant may be released in favour of the applicant no. 2-Rahul Awana.
In view of the above, the application for release of amount is allowed and the amount deposited towards pre-deposit along with interest accrued thereupon is directed to be released in favour of the applicant no. 2-Rahul Awana within two weeks from today, if there is no legal impediment for the same.
