Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.
The present appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the interim order dated 13.05.2025 passed by the Tribunal below in S.A. No. 07/2025, whereby the relief sought by the appellant has been declined.
After hearing the learned counsel for the appellant and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is of the opinion that there is no good ground made out by the appellant for interfering in the order impugned, as the appeal is against an interlocutory order, hence the appellant may move an appropriate application before the Tribunal below for redressal of his grievance, if so desired.
In view of the aforesaid, the present appeal is finally disposed off.
