Heard the learned counsel for the appellant on the urgency application being I.A. No. 679/2025, wherein it is stated that the matter has been settled and the dues of the Bank have to be deposited by the appellant on or before 30.06.2025.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter has been settled between the parties, therefore, the restoration application may be permitted to be withdrawn.

The learned counsel further submits that he has also filed a misc. application being Dy. No. 994/2025 for release of the amount deposited earlier with this Tribunal towards predeposit, which may be allowed and the amount may be released in favour of “Avinash Kaur”.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the restoration application is dismissed as withdrawn and the misc. application for release of amount is allowed with direction that the amount deposited towards predeposit is directed to be released in favour of “Avinash Kaur” along with interest accrued thereupon within two weeks from today, if there is no legal impediment for the same.
