The present restoration application has been filed under section 22(g) of the RDB Act for recalling the order dated 03.03.2023, whereby the appeal Dy. No. 89/2020 was dismissed for want of prosecution and for non-deposit of predeposit amount. In the restoration application, it has been mentioned that 25% amount has already been deposited by the appellant with the Bank.
