The office report dated 03.07.2023 shows that no reply has been filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 1, 2, 3 & 5.
Learned counsel for the appellant-bank submits that the contesting respondents are only the respondent nos. 1, 2 & 3 and the respondent no. 5 is the auction purchaser, against whom no relief has been claimed.
Despite time being granted, no reply has been filed by the respondents-Borrowers. As last opportunity, let the said respondents file reply by the next date, failing which appropriate order shall be passed.
List this case on 04.10.2023 for reply. Till then the interim order, if any, shall remain operative.
