The office report dated 31.01.2023 shows that inspite of earlier order dated 24.01.2023, no reply has been filed on behalf of the respondent-Bank and on the last occasion, it was vehemently argued that the interim protection may be given as the bank has deliberately not filed the reply and the respondent-Bank have thrown out the articles from the house of the appellants.
In view of the above, all the parties concerned are directed to maintain the status quo qua the property in question, as it exists today and the bank may explain with regard to the conduct of dispossession of the appellant from his residential house without following the procedure of law.
List this case on 28.03.2023 for reply.
